Dr. Howard Baskin

Dr. Howard Baskin focuses on the improvement and maintenance of his patients’ oral health. With an emphasis in General and Cosmetic Dentistry, he takes a personal approach and reviews his findings and discusses the treatment options with each patient. Dr. Baskin feels it is essential to review educational needs with each patient. Dr. Baskin focuses on methods of prevention, such as making individualized, fitted sports mouth guards for children.

Dr. Baskin graduated from University of California, San Diego where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and Northwestern University where he obtained a Master’s degree in biochemistry. He graduated from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts with his D.M.D. degree. After graduation, Dr. Baskin completed a General Dentistry residency affiliated with New York College of Medicine. He has been practicing dentistry for over 35 years.

Dr. Baskin has continuously been recognized as a Top Dentist in Westchester as identified by his peers and published in Westchester Magazine since 2008. Dr. Baskin was honored to serve on the Metlife Dental Advisory Board from 2002 to 2005 providing advice on the dental aspects of patient care and coverage involving MetLife insurance.
